We Happen to meet Joanne, a wonderful girl who had a passion in Ballet, from Miss Ballet Dance, Sandakan. Joanne started learning ballet since she was 6 years old and its been 15 years practice in ballet. therefore we did a photo shooting for her. together with her passion in ballet. this is also our very first high school senior’s shooting. and here I present you, Joanne, the Ballerina.

Last weekend, where some things that I never dream of happening, and yes, it did!! I had selected by Canon Malaysia, being EOS Buddy Club and had my work exhibited in DCIM (Digital Camera, Imaging & Media) – Malaysia’s Premier Photography Exhibition in Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur. There is 20 photographer exhibiting their work in DCIM. Its really feels great to be part of the event. Although that I am given in a short notice, yet we are able to make up every things from prints, name card and fryers. I would like to give thanks to my best friend come mentor, Kwan who offer me a stay, and we mount photo until 3am in the morning. Eva, who help me for the Name card, flyers design and print in a very short period of time. Thank you so much for being there for me. not to forget all of you who drop by for a visit at DCIM. Donna, Kyde and Chris who help me to distribute all the flyers. Thank you !!! Being there, I get to meet up with some of the Pro in the industry, get to know more friends and photographer. we learn from each other. get my work being critique. all of this dose make us improve in our work. and our passion and love in photography were being brought to another stage of my life.

Nicholas and Caroline | Kundasang | Kudat

We happen to travel half of Sabah to photography Nicholas and Caroline ’s engagement session. The whole journey are full of enjoyment and fun for all of us, first stop, we are at Kundasang, and we also travel to Kudat, where we had a photo session at ” The Tip of Borneo ” unfortunately the weather turn out to be unexpected. but any way, we do have a lot of fun, and manage to did some photo. here are some of the photo that I had selected.

Get Wild

Been really busy with life lately, and yet, manage to do some personal shots of photos here. after being inspire by some of the greatest master of lighting photographer, we do needs to get our self inspire, and always try out with different types of photo shootings. as for this personal assignment here. we have move into lighting setup in studio, make up and tattoo. we did a glamour type of photo shooting last weeks in one the rented studio. here are the photo, together with some photoshop to enhance the photo, which makes it a nice fine art photo which allows you to hang it at your living room. please enjoy.

Thank you for our models and make up artist who spend a few hour for the make up and preparation.

Tina and Wai Lun ’s Wedding| Hong Kong

My first wedding in 2010, in Hong Kong, to shoot for my old time buddy, Wai Lun, been knowing him for so long, that he and Tina, finally tie up the knot together. I am so happy for the both of them. it would also be my honor to be part of the wedding. as this is my first time shooting a wedding internationally. well, its a very simple wedding, and yet, full of joy and happiness. we really enjoy the stay in Hong kong, and so as the nice food too. Thank you again, for the warmest hospitality in Hong Kong.

Pressing On Towards Your Dream

First of all I would like to take this opportunity to say ” Thank You ” to all of you and my friends, for all of your support and caring, especially to my family.

As 2009 is coming to an end, we had wrapping up all the wedding assignment of this year. Finally, able to enjoy Christmas day with my love one. Gathering with friends and family, this also bring me to another stage to my life, where God continue to Heal us all this time. When I started to think of the whole year of my life, there were so many things happened to me. Every moment of life, that I walkthrough, He is with us. although our daughter Renee is no longer with us, but she will always live on in our hearts, where we know that she is in God’s good hand. Able to be awarded for Accolade of Excellence in WPPI Print Competition; able to shoot our best friend Yee Vun and Colum together with many great couples that I am able to met and shoot their wedding day. Moving in to a new house, a new home that we’ve been planning for years. Last but not least, all the great photographers and people that I had met were now becoming friends. Next year will have an international assignment because all this will happen is because of His greatest blessing. and your support.

I am totally inspired by a gospel in church today, and I want to share it with you all here.

” I press on toward the goal to with the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus ” – Philippians 3;14

Yes, we should always pressing on toward our Goal in life, our Dream in Life, and that’s the reason what keep us on going, and to work even harder to go after it. To me, especially in my photography, that I would hope to learn even more and achieve more for the coming years. I know that I couldn’t do it without all of your supports. Let’s work together and get inspiration from each other.

This month I happen to photograph, my wife’s best friend wedding, Yee Vun and Colum, who are from Ireland, this is one of the most beautiful and best wedding in sandakan that I ever shoot before. both Yee Vun and Colum are great couple, and we had alots of fun.
